Newsflash
Welcome to my website.  I've rammed this thing full of almost everything I could about me (no - you don't get to know my shoe OR pants sizes). As the months pass, I hope to continue to add spiffy new photos, sound bytes and video. I do have my calender up and running so see where I'll be at anytime of the year (as long as I remember to enter it in...) and I will continue to add little updates just to say hey. I'm here. And I can blather on too. Enjoy!

Lots of things have happened since the beginning of 2007 - trips to other continents, poetry, theatre, film, radio, school...you name it! In January, I went to Australia to visit a few friends who I originally met in the UK. It was just like Canada but hotter and with more venemous snakes. I didn't get to do anything poetry wise as it was summer holidays over there but if anyone wants to pay me to go over, I'd love to - hint, hint.

In February I was lucky to go with the British Council to India to perform Accents on Words with Aoife Mannix at Mumbai Poetry Live and Sundowners. After a couple days there, I headed north to Udaipur (beautiful) and then to Dehli so I could go out to the Taj Mahal. Of course I got sick when I was there but I survived and made it home ok.

In March I got to perform at the Alton Covent School with Aoife (the girls there were a great audience and had great questions) and headed to Birmingham the next week to perform at MAC. Jacqui the organizer was lovely and I'm glad I made it there even though I was on crutches. Mid-March I had my first short film, Night Before, made by Heart and Soul Films in Bournemouth. If all goes to plan, I'll have a copy some time in April!

The end of March meant the end of another semester of school, so I have April off to myself bar a few assignment s we were given to keep us busy! Recently I have adapted some AA Milne short stories into A Poetry Recital which is one of 4 short plays being produced by Out of Order Theatre sometime in May/ June. In June will also be 2 fundraisers for Practicum Theatre - a One Page Play Competition in south London and a Masked Carnival on 15 June. I'll be sending around the details shortly. It's to raise funds for my plays Hostage/ Bleach/ Burn so I hope everyone can come!
