A Canadian writer & educator, Heather Taylor has been published throughout Europe and North America and has been a host on Resonance FM & Sound Radio with guest slots on CKUA, CKUF, BBC London Radio and Radio Canada International.As a producer, Heather founded Practicum Theatre and has produced short plays at Theatre 503, the Camden Fringe festival as well as facilitating a transfer to New place Theater in St. Albans. With Practicum she has also produced readings in London and Edinburgh, a one page play festival at the Globe Theatre Space in Balham, a carnival-esque fundraising party and an musical theatre presentation as part of the BAC Scratch Night. Heather was also co-producer for Foresite on DOING LINES, the sold out festival of short plays that went up at the Pleasance Theatre. She has also curated/ produced events for Glastonbury Festival (in the poetry and words area), EMMA festival (2 nights @ the tabernacle in Notting Hill), Sable Magazine launch, comedy/ poetry nights at the charterhouse bar in Farringdon, and theatre productions in Vancouver through Silent Productions.
